Perfect topping for salads and sandwiches.
Ingredients
  • 1 red onion
  • ¼ cup balamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
  1. Thinly slice a red onion. Combine in a small plastic container with remaining ingredients. Put it in the fridge overnight. (Shake every time you open the fridge if you're in a hurry)
  2. Perfect topping for salads and sandwiches.
