Bistro Chicken Recipe – Juicy, Yummy, Perfect

This Bistro Chicken Recipe is the most amazing juicy, fragrant, delicious chicken that I’ve ever pulled off the grill.  It is my go-to recipe when I need to cook chicken to take to an ailing friend because it re-heats perfectly!  It is the perfect chicken recipe to cook in bulk for using in salads or tucking into lunch boxes.

I’ve never worked at a fancy restaurant or spent time with a trained chef.  If I ever do, I’m guessing this is one of those “chef secrets” that explains why restaurant grilled chicken tastes better than the stuff off of most home grills.

I normally make an extra batch of the marinade because my kids like to use it as dipping sauce.

Here’s a close up of the chicken on more time.   The printable version of my Bistro Chicken Recipe is right below the photo. You’ll never believe the secret ingredient in this recipe.
